We started our business in 2021 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable lounge experience to the Calabogie area. Our dinner menus showcase ingredient led, contemporary cuisine that is firmly rooted in the classics; bold and bright flavours are presented in skillfully executed dishes that echo nostalgia with a modern, seasonal and local twist. Our bar menu emulates our dining experience with cocktails that are fresh and simply unforgettable.​We strive to continually evolve and expand our knowledge. A few members of our team are studying to become sommelier. We are working on expanding our wine list to include deep, global and carefully selected wines that deliver value and quality.
