Who We Are

We started our business in 2021 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable lounge experience to the Calabogie area. Our dinner menus showcase ingredient led, contemporary cuisine that is firmly rooted in the classics; bold and bright flavours are presented in skillfully executed dishes that echo nostalgia with a modern, seasonal and local twist. Our bar menu emulates our dining experience with cocktails that are fresh and simply unforgettable. ​ We strive to continually evolve and expand our knowledge. A few members of our team are studying to become sommelier. We are working on expanding our wine list to include deep, global and carefully selected wines that deliver value and quality.

We only accept reservations over the phone Wednesday-Sunday. The best time to reach us is between 2-5 pm. ​If you do not have a reservation feel free to stop in and see if we have availability.​

For parties consisting of 8 or more individuals, we implement a group reservation policy at a rate of $30 per person, credit card required. Please keep in mind that any adjustments to your group size require a minimum 24-hour advance notice.

Happy Hour at On the Rocks

We have a different concept in the afternoon; join us on our patio or in the bar for delightful drinks and tasty snacks, as there's no better place to be than lakeside in Calabogie snow or sun.


Wine and Cocktails

Our resident bartenders and sommelier are always creating exciting pairings and experiences through the art of drinking. We have a bottle shop where you can take our experience home with you.
